Digital campaigns at their best.

I oversaw a team of 6 client service professionals to deliver digital initiatives and innovation across online campaigns and platform projects for 80+ marketing executives at the Commonwealth Bank – across consumer, business and corporate portfolios – delivering award winning executions across online, mobile and experiential channels with, resulting in over $16 million worth of annual revenue.

I also worked very closely with the bank’s marketing leadership team including the CEO of the Commonwealth Bank and C-Suite Executives on the bank’s digital strategic framework and online channel planning.

The team I led developed a campaign platform for the Commonwealth Bank. With a strong focus towards better customer acquisition, the site was able to deliver was a smarter campaign portal.

Starting with User Interface research & development and accompanied by a full strategic report, we developed an approach which could be implemented into the bank's current Content Management System. To this we added social proofing, social login capabilities, device detection and screen size auto formatting.

With the inclusion of social proofing and social login the site would entice customers to log-in through various social channels, to engage with the content. This engagement could then be tracked this and used to deliver smarter online media experiences, tailored to each individual customers journey.

This approach allows the bank to offer better product recommendations through social and online media placements, delivering stronger results.
