commerceLAB - “where your data rewards you”

I was tasked with creating an online marketing strategy for commerceLab, a Singapore based eCommerce and blockchain technology venture launching in 2018. commerceLab was established to meet the growing need for direct-to-consumer eCommerce within the bounds of a secure and private platform.

I came up with a strategy that defined the commerceLab brand story, vision and mission statements, analysed the current marketplace, identified the brand’s main target audience, the key messaging and the best customer retention strategy.

I also created a strong go-to-market campaign idea and established a rollout marketing execution plan for online, offline and social channels.
